Description      Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and makes sure that they are complete and complies with labor law & the company policies. Advises and consults with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances. Good knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel, Egyptian labor law and personnel information systems Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records Prepares monthly benefit payments involved in payroll deductions. Prepares appropriate payroll and other reports such as, workers compensation, equal employment opportunity, unemployment insurance, and special reports requested by administrator. Maintains employee records which consist of employment history records, benefit records and current employment status Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports and collect all necessary changes for running accurate monthly payroll Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. Receiving of required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files

Qualifications    Good knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel, Egyptian labor law and personnel information systems
