Description -Follow up the developing for any items during all stages and get all needed approvals from Merchandising and make sure to receive needed samples in all stage . -Negotiate prices with suppliers to get best prices, best delivery and best payment terms. -Receiving purchase requests from planning department. -Issue purchasing order (PO) to the suppliers. -Review Performa invoices and approve it to the supplier. -Follow up the purchasing orders in all stages with the supplier. -Make reports for follow up purchasing orders. -Make cut cost reports. -Make suppliers evaluation report. -Pass all needed information to logistics officers to allow him arranging the shipping of purchased orders and follow up with him till the goods arrive in warehouse. -Follow up with the (quality Assurance team) the defects or problems that may founded in the received goods and contact the suppliers to solve the problem or issue claim. -Issue and follow up payments for the suppliers and handle needed claims
Qualifications -Arab academy graduate is preferred -Experience from 1 -3 years in the same position (Garments/Textile) is a MUST -Very good English and computer skills -Very good negotiations skills -Excellent communication skills -Very good reporting skills -Very good follow up skills -Excellent self-motivation -Strong organizational skills
