Description - Initiating improvements. - Implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces. - Documenting efficient and effective processes in the companys internal IT systems. - Ensuring and implementing optimum internal and external communication and correspondence. - Opening and forwarding incoming mail. Franking and providing outgoing mail. - Organising the circulation of subscribed journals in consultation with the specialist divisions. Ordering and documenting specialist literature in consultation with the person responsible. - Welcoming and attending to customers and guests from entering to leaving the building. - Organising and coordinating the visitors /meeting rooms. - Ensuring services related to visits (food, transport, tours).
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline . 1-2 year of experience in the same position. Ability to deal with different people . Strong communication skills . Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
