Description - Implement the day-to-day operations of recruiting process to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures - Provides an analysis for the causes of turnover and propose solutions to reduce its percentage - Analyze employees poll results and make suggestions for problem solving - Participate in making job evaluation for any new vacancy - Implement the orientation program for all new employees - Follow up the stimulus program for workers in the factory and make sure its usefulness - Hold the Exit interview and analyze interviews reports - Configure permanent relationships with recruitment companies and advertising companies to ensure support for the companys man power plan - Follow up and make sure any upgrades to any level in terms of readiness for the top job. - Plan, organise and attend employment fairs - Hiring, recruitment and selection - Implement probation period evaluation program (3 months) Standards & Regulations - Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards Projects - Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives Continuous Improvement - Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account, international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Reporting - Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of human resources to meet SIG and department requirements, policies and standards
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business administration preferably an human resources - Any other certificates required - 3-5 years relevant experience in human resources including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
