Description - Review & approve architectural drawings of non-operating tenants. - Liaise with the MEP consultant & head of technical operations in reviewing MEP drawings & providing any additional requirements. - Supervise the contractor work as per the approved drawings. - Supervise the contractor to adhere to Galleria40 procedures & safety standards. - Support and follow up on tenants in opening within submitted time frame. - Handover the store to the tenant & educate them about guidelines & procedures. - Monitor store administration through periodical store visits and retail meetings to maximize operational efficiency within the area - Report status in Galleria40 Retail Design and Delivery meetings on each project and asset. - Coordinate and obtain final lease plan for Retail Design and Delivery - Develop tenant manual, design criteria, conditions of premise, and logistic package - Responsible for redevelopment/renovation and other project conceptualization and review as and when required.
Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture. Essential Skills: - Professional skills in MS office, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up & Digital imagining software. Functional Level: - Strong understanding of risk management - Planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects - Good communication skills with external clients and internal teams - Managerial & supervisory Skills - Analytical and design skills
