Description Senior 3D Max Engineer (Interior and Exterior) - Work with the Project Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development - Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions. - Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. - Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings. - Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs. - Working with modeling commercial, offices, compound projects. - Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges. - Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment. - Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics. - High level of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Architecture or Design. - Advanced AutoCAD, Revit, & Sketch Up. - Exceptional graphic presentations + 3D renderings - Advanced Corel draw, Adobe Suite print production - Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Image Ready, MS Office. - Minimum experience 10-15 years.
