Description Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains records for office staff and phones. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office. To be aware with all the external contracts done, and responsible for filing all contracts softcopy and hardcopy. Responsible for managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements. Responsible for completion of all personal files for all employees. Responsible for assuring employees signature on the contract, internal policy and job descriptions. Open a bank account for the new employers. Make job advertisement for recruitment. Post the required vacancies, download all the CVs, Scanning all the CVs with the Departmental Head for each vacancy, then call the new candidate for appointment. Make database for all applicants. Writing all memos, announcement, formal letters.. etc. Deal with the Malaysian Party to open a new mails for new employees. Make cards for new employees. Make reservation for Hotel & Tickets. Make database for all employees data. Update all documents need monthly. Revise all personnel files monthly and make contract renewal for the finished one.

Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline. Reporting Skills, Administrative writing, Microsoft office, Managing processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal communication.
