The Graduate trainee will be involved for microbiological testing testing of receiving raw materials, Water unit and finished goods. Responsible for using data to determine reliability and conformance of quality control process.
The Graduate trainee will be involved also in stability testing of finished goods , teams that will be prepared for the upcoming audit and new projects for year 2017
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Microbiological routine testing of finished goods , raw materials and daily monitoring of DI water unit .
2. Perform the environmental monitoring program.
3. Monitor the preventive maintenance & calibration programs for the laboratory equipment.
4. Test and ensure that the finished products comply with the set specifications through QC visual checks.
5. Attends meetings with customers, supplier’s associates to understand standards and expectations.
6. Inspection of finished products required for shipping to the market on a daily basis.
7. Supports process improvement teams. Monitors and scrutinizes internal and external compiles data to be used in reports. Gathers and assembles details on defective products and materials.
9. Reviews micro logs and creates list of consistent Implements work processes, measurements and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy
Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience working in Labs. Fresh Graduates are accepted.
