Description Organizing & monitoring proper execution of tasks of electrical department and studying the technical requirements which must be provided to execute these tasks. Keep records of spare parts in order to guarantee the minimum level of their availability at the company warehouses and coordinate with the management to issue the purchase orders including the required and accurate specifications. Check newly purchased machinery and spare parts before entering the company warehouses and approve that they are in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the purchase request. Discuss the tasks with the technical supervisor to assign work to the technical staff accordingly in order to get the work done in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments involved in mutual tasks. Prepare feedback and status reports on electrical department activities and achievements and submitting them to the Electrical Maintenance Manager. Supervision of department staff such as technicians and workers and evaluating their performance. Making sure they are following quality assurance requirements and following industrial safety measures. Investigate and analyze electrical power equipment failures & difficulties to diagnose faulty operation. Oversee installation, operation and maintenance, and repair to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications. Warrants availability of electric supply to control systems and inspection machines. Reduction of down times.
Qualifications Engineer with medium termed experience in the electrical and Electronic maintenance department of a major manufacturing facility plant. Good judgment, tact, and decision-making ability. Good management, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record. Very Good Computer Skills.
