Description We are looking for a bright Field Service Engineer to provide field technical support to our digital textile printing customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required. -Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service -Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. -Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers. - Maximize equipment up time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications - BS. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical is preferable) - 3-5 years of experience in the same field. - Excellent Communication and negotiation skills - Flexible
