Description 1. Set-up new Client Banks/services on supported systems based on the filled questionnaire as well as identify the banks privileges. 2. Provide technical support for clients cases related to the new products and services acquired after arrangement with Department Head. 3. Test new products/services received from vendor side 4. Handle documentation & training materials and also end user manuals related to systems 5. Handle Banks Migration projects related tasks 6. Manage the communication with system vendors to acquire new features and find solutions to current system bugs after arrangement with Department Head.
Qualifications 1- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 2- 0-1 Years of experience in a similar field. 3- English Fluency 4 Good knowledge of PL/SQL development tools. 5-Good understanding of Database concepts and SQL.
