Description Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all mechanical works - Do inspections and offer quotations for the required Mechanical works and task orders - Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement - Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned - Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations - Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock - Manage and supervise contractors activities
Qualifications With experience in central air conditioning ,pumps ,fire fighting system and plumbing system - With experience in preventive and corrective plan - He should work in high rising buildings- Team leader with strong personality to deal with technical team - Be able to work under stress -excellent at English ( speaking ,reading ,writing ,etc. )- good at drawing AutoCAD \design HVAC ,mechanical and fire fighting system
