Description Provides overall supervision to the day-to-day operations of assigned service stations and associated site operations providing the full range of retail services such as petrol, c-store products and auto-care facilities. Ensures that Company’s image is maintained and projected effectively and that the highest customer services are delivered at all times. Supervises the activities of assigned service station staff. Carries out supervisory functions at the level established by management for the position. Ensures the effective utilization / allocation of staff to each station at all facilities. Provides ongoing briefing/instructions to staff in order to ensure the Corporation’s “5 Steps to 5 Star” and “Guest” approach philosophies are fully implemented. Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. 5 years experience in a retail marketing environment, not necessarily in the oil distribution industry
