Description - Conducting Research &Development meeting to change the styles as per business needs - Prepare line performance report and factory performance report - Technical Supervision of all production procedures - Plan for continuous development of production process through preventive or corrective action - Checking the suitability, quality and durability of material and dyeing and do various test to make sure that performance is efficient - Work closely with maintenance technicians to solve production delay - Make sure that the products are developed consistently to fit the quality standards
Qualifications Bachelor degree in applied art textile department or Faculty of home economics textile department .

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills - Extensive knowledge in fabrics , polymer ,yarns and garments - Strong management ability - Strong communication skills with Different levels - Decision Maker - Practical Experience of Pattern and garment making - Experience in Dyeing , production planning , supplier management - AutoCAD will be preferable
