Description • Coordinate the collection process between the customers and Filed Collectors through organizing the suitable dates and times for collections. • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales. • Respond promptly to both client and internal enquiries. • Resolve customers’ issues related to their accounts/ invoices and liaise with other departments –if needed-. • Investigate and evaluate customers’ credit requests to decide whether to a new credit is to be granted based on predetermined standards. • Set up and maintain customer files. • Present daily and monthly collection reports to direct manager. • Achieve personal/ team targets
Qualifications University Degree. Relevant experience in similar position is preferable. CS/ Call Center experience is a must

Other Skills Excellent keyboard Skills. Ability to produce reports using Excel and words. d) Competences Skills: Communication skills. Negotiation skills. Able to solve problems and think out of the box. Time management & Attention to Details. Customer Focus & People skills Working under time pressure, meeting deadlines. Fixable and Able to work in a team environment.
Compensations Basic Salary + transport allowance + Commission + medical insurance + social insurance + 2 days off per week (Friday & Saturday)+8 working hours per day
