Description - Prepare and implements annual Recruitment plan - Plans and prepare annual recruitment calendar events (employment fairs/seminars). - Receive employee requisition form - Develop job descriptions - Place Job advertisements (Internal/External) - Initial /Screening interviews/Testing/Short listing/Selection - Approve New hires & taking the approval from the CEO - Placement /Orientation for new employee - Ensure HR procedures and approval documentation is received in support of recruitment activities. - Design or review application forms and other HR documents - Monitoring staff - Review, develop and implement policies and guidelines - Exit interview - Perform job assessment and reviews (Provide guidance in issues of performance gaps and required action as necessary). - Prepare annual training & development plan & budget (by identifying training needs & goals, design a program based on the organizations and the individuals needs. - Implement the training programs - Evaluating training
Qualifications Bachelor degree. 10:15 years experience in the same position. aware of labor law. HR diploma is a must. Management skills. communication skills. problem solving skills. computer skills.
