Description Main job duties and responsibilities: 1- Gather lists of potential customers from different sources. 2- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to get reference and inform them of any new projects. 3- Master an up-to-date knowledge of Real Estate projects characteristics, strengths and weaknesses. 4- Develop a good knowledge of competitors, products and prices. 5- Respond effectively to incoming email/phone calls and walk in inquires with appropriate information about Real Estate projects. 6- Negotiate payment terms and close deals. 7- Represent the organization at exhibitions and events. 8- Gain a clear understanding of customers needs and requirements. 9- Submit daily sales reports to Team Leader, Sales Manager and Director. 10- Follow up financial collections with customers. 11- Any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the jobs specialty.

Qualifications Skills and abilities (Key Competencies): 1. Excellent sales and communication skills. 2. Team player. 3. Good social and negotiation skills for building relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels. 4. Priority setting. 5. Computer Literacy. 6. Work under high pressure.
