Description - Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and description.
 - Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees.
 - Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
 - Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
 - Assess the performance management system, provides analyses and recommended changes to develop.
 - Monitor and implement all aspects related to Employee Management, from manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes to performance review and employee development
 - Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to design salary scale.
 - Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
 - Manage trainings processes (training needs assessment, recording, contact training providers to get plans , cost , arrange tailored programs, evaluations and needed actions).
 - Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance views, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
 - Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Labor law
 - Administers benefits programs such as insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
 - Supervise preparing employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
 - Supervise preparing reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
 - Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law, or other departments in the organization.
 - Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

Qualifications - BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field. - Minimum 15 years of experience in HR System ( Preferred experience in construction companies ) - Excellent active listening, negotiation , Management and presentation skills. - Oracle user is must.
