Gulf Agency Company (Egypt) Ltd is hiring Communication Coordinator ( Administration Department);
Experience: From 0-1 Years.
Skills: Very Good Command of English / Very Good with MS Office/ Organized and hard worker / very good communication skills.
Location: Sheraton Heliopolis.
Working Hours: 8 hours - 2 days off.
Job Description:
-Receive the incoming couriers and distribute it to concerned Department.
-Helping departments in knowing costs, weights and destinations of incoming or outgoing shipments
-Helping to solve any problem with shipments.
-Making a monthly comparison between the number of outgoing shipments and their costs.
-Issuing Monthly Courier payments for ( All Branches).
-Distribute Faxes by Computer to Concerned Department that also is printed for Records.
-Answering Phones and transfer it to concerned person.
-Responsible for meeting room reservations & Data Show
-Responsible for keeping an updated GAC EGY Directory regarding extensions and mobile numbers.
