Description - Designing & updating internal & external training materials including PPT, instructors manual, students manual, videos, workshops,�..etc.
 - Ensuring that the external training material received from the provider is matching with all the requirement to help closing the gap.
 - Meeting with the concerned manager, to discuss developing internal training material in details to ensure the delivery of the required concepts.
 - Attending meetings with the training providers to come up with the best outlines to meet with Ibnsina training needs.
 - Customizing accredited training programs to fit with the training needs of the company.
 - Keeping the training section updated with the recent training trends, programs & methodologies to ensure effective delivery & meeting the required quality of training activities.
 - Conduct internal training frequently as per the internal training plan to enhance employees performance.
 - Manage & update Ibnsina training library to ensure reinforcing the learning culture.
 - Providing internal trainers with reading material related to the delivered topic to ensure effective delivery of the training.
 - Prepare, update & send the blended learning topics as agreed upon (reading material, video, audio files ...etc.).
 - Conduct internal training frequently as per the internal training plan to enhance employees performance.
 - Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
 - Ensure developing second and third line within department to ensure readiness of successors.
 - Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.
 - Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning & development.
 - Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity.

Qualifications - University degree in any field. - HR Diploma, TOT or its equivalent is a must. - Excellent searching skills from multiple resources (internet, books,…etc). - Very Good user of MS office.
