Description Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
 Answer, screen & forward any incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
 Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying the receipts of supplies.
 Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.
 Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operations.
 Maintain security by following procedures & controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
 Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Qualifications Bachelor degree. 0-5 years of experience in Administration. Presentable. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Real Estate Experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills.
