Description Gift Wrap Artist/Customer Service professional to join our team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide OUTSTANDING Customer Service
- Operate a cash register operation, sales/money transactions, opening/closing procedures
- Gift wrapping packages of various sizes and shapes. Must be able to make bows or have the
capacity to learn quickly.
- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants
- Discuss type, quality and number of wrappings for purchase
- Actively listen and answer customers queries and concerns
- Performs other duties as requested
* Wraps and decorates customers purchases with gift-wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tape in retail store.
* May collect money and make change for gift-wrapping service.
*May assist customer to select appropriate wrapping materials.
Qualifications Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures - Ability to perform arithmetic and count money/change quickly and accurately - Ability to accept directions and follow procedures - A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management - Friendly and professional personality
