Main Responsibilities:
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
-Conduct all kind of interviews (Hiring, Performance Evaluation, Training needs & Exit Interviews).
- Conducting the orientation program for new hiring.
- Organize and coordinate the training activities .

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of BA , Commerce or other relevant major .
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Experience 2 : 4years .
- Excellent computer skills
- Recruitment outsources agencies experience background is preferred .
- Previous experience in FMCG sector is preferred.
