Description Initiating improvements.
 Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
 Documenting efficient and effective processes in the companys internal IT systems.
 Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g. 5S; standardized work). Notifying the line manager
 of deviations.
 Scheduling and processing shipments in the best possible way, avoiding long idle times (checking shelf
 life, scheduling freight and warehouse space etc.).
 Processing transports.
 Creating and processing the necessary export documents in consultation with Customs.

Qualifications - Bachelor degree. - Excellent command of English. - 1-2 years of experience in the same field (preferably in Export). - Strong Communication skills.
