Description Being responsible of the personalized coaching of youth with disabilities who are interested in wage employment opportunities
- Communicating with the staff of the Information and Referral Center to identify referrals and ensure cohesive case management
- Conducting assessment to youth with disabilities to aid them identify suitable wage employment opportunity
- Building up the personalized project plan with the clients and ensure the proper follow up
Strengthening the referral network of the IRC, focusing in particular employment center and other relevant service providers
- Researching relevant services
- Conducting individual visits to new wage employment services in consultation with the Project Officer Disability Inclusion Service Providers
- Filling out service directory data collection sheet as a result of individual meetings, and handing it to IRC staff to enter in the IRC database and formalize cooperation through an MoU
Contribute to capacity building of the project partner (Nour El Sabah) and the Information and Referral Center, with coordination with the Project Officer IRC Supervisor
Qualifications Educational background required University degree in the field of expertise of the project Minimum of 2 years practical experience in the field of expertise of the project Minimum of 2 years practical experience in working with vulnerable groups Work in disability sector is an asset Minimum of 2 in employment and preferably self-employment field
