Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Not Limited To)
-Identify and develop new business opportunities.
-Establish, develop, maintain business relationships and foster company image through periodic visits to current and prospective customers.
-Provide continuous follow - up and support to consultants, contracting firms and customers.
-Develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations and technical presentations.
-Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers.
-Compile customer profile records and maintain data in CRM.
-Prepare and submit various reports covering projects schedules, progress reports and customers visits to the line Manager.
-Coordinate projects and meet schedule deadlines
-Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
-Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications -Bachelors Degree of Engineering - Major of Civil /Architects/ Mechanical -3-5 year experience in commercial functions -A Project Management diploma is an asset. -Fluent English Language -Computer skills - full awareness of MS applications -SAP user -Competitive, driven personality -Strong communication skills -Positive attitude and high energy -Demonstrated ability to work under pressure -Strong communication and socializing skills. -Outstanding persuasion skills. -High presentation skills. -Outstanding organizational skills -Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple responsibilities.
