Description 1. Analyzing production samples in order to evaluate quality.
2. Analyzing quality control test results and providing feedback and interpretation to Quality Assurance Engineer and Operations.
3. Monitoring and inspecting products to make sure they meet specified standards.
4. Stopping production if serious product defects are present after holding discussions with the Plant and Operations Managers.
5. Monitoring performance of quality control systems to ensure product efficiency.
6. Communicating quality control information to all relevant organizational departments and contractors.
7. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and giving the appropriate recommendations.
8. Collaborating with the Production Department to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
9. Reviewing documents and materials for compliance with policies and regulations, ensuring effective implementation.
10. Attending installations with delivery workers where needed.
11. Involvement in SOP for wood drying.
12. Training of delivery workers in relation to effective client handling.
Qualifications Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering Be certified in 6 sigma or TPS
