Description - Handles all requests and issues for teachers and learners.
 - Acts as customer service representative and provides information on all SCE programs to potential clients and learners.
 - Refers learners requests / complaints to appropriate departments staff member.
 - Sends a weekly report to supervisor on all complaints received and problems handled.
 - Conducts the periodic electronic gradebook check and provides the data to ETAD to support ETADs quality control function of ensuring continual assessment of learners achievement.
 - Conducts learner evaluation of instruction as well as other evaluation tools and surveys as needed.
 - Hands out final exams to all faculty members and receives them back with answer sheets.
 - Responds to routine requests for information.
 - Responds by emails to routine requests from departments and serves as a liaison between SCE departments and learners.

Qualifications 1-2 years of administrative or office experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferably within the area of education administration

Other Skills - Excellent communication / interpersonal and organizational skills - IT skills: proficient in Microsoft applications, email and internet
