Description - Developing and implementing brand strategy and plans on an ongoing basis- Delivering brand business objectives in terms of market share, sales volume, revenue and profit growth - Defining key brand challenges and developing category strategies to achieve brand business objectives - Monitoring and tracking brands performance to identify risks & opportunities Initiating, proposing, executing, monitoring and evaluating campaigns and activities - Implementing, reviewing and evaluating the brand plan in line with tabard/category strategy, covering brand communication, promotions, consumer insight, pricing strategy and product innovation/renovation
Qualifications Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally Strong coaching/mentoring skills. Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus. Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
