Description - Supports the Project Manager in the coordination of the design review process through the Owners Engineers and AP Technology Team.
 - Supports the Project Manager in EPC/PPA/O&M Management.
 - Supports the Project Manager in the coordination and review of the Monthly report prepared by the EPC contractor.
 - Weekly reporting to Project Manager.
 - Attends with the Project Management Team meetings with different stakeholders (Offtaker, EPC Contractor, O&M Contractor)
 - Ensure proper coordination among all team members (Construction Manager, Site Manager, field supervisors, document controller, HSE team).
 - Supports weekly coordination meetings with EPC contractor.
 - Supports in ensuring the3 projects are constructed and commissioned in accordance to the approved design, contractual requirements and project schedule.
 - Supports the Construction Manager in the coordination of all construction resources (in-house and external) across the three project sites.
 - Ensure compliance with HSE standards in coordination with the local HSE team.
 - Coordinate and supervise the application of the communications procedure and other project procedures.
 - Supports the handover of the project to the O&M contractor
 Preparation of project team minutes of meetings (with EPC, Off taker, and O&M).
 - Gather information from the team, prepare and review weekly reports.
 - Arrange weekly meeting between the Project Manager & the team.

Qualifications - BSc in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineer - Experience is projects in general (+2 years) - Strong project management and organizational skills - Specific training in Project Management Fundamental - Arabic and English speaker
