Description - Prepare, review and distribute periodic financial and current operational reports to senior management
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
- Collaborate with all group departments to collect accurate and updated data related to sales, costs, macroeconomic indicators, and other financial data
- Coordinate financial queries related to Finance, Treasury, Accounting & Control
- Analyze and present new investment opportunities
- Analyze financial data, cost overruns and sales price adjustments and present recommendations based on findings
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
- Assist in preparing periodic budgets and forecasts
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various departments
- Create and update Financial reports
- Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
- Monitor financial performance of current projects
Qualifications - Excellent Communication skills - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills - Ability to complete projects timely and accurately - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
