Description - Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements for the Managing director, acting as his Personal Assistance.
 - Handling all the Office Administration tasks..
 - Negotiate and secure all office suppliers from different suppliers.
 - Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information to any visitor or callers.
 - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
 - Book and ensure the meeting, and the training room, schedule as per the request of our employees to book the room upon their request, to avoid double bookings at the same time.
 - Attend Top Management meeting, and takes Minutes of Meeting, and distribute them to all attendees.
 - Organize the weekly status Management meeting, and secure presence of concerned employees.
 - Follow up with the maintenance company handling the company hardware, different devices.
 - Manage the day to day work of the Office Boy for cleaning the company, and securing all the Buffet Items.
 - Report directly to the Managing Director , and alert for any outstanding topics, that needs his personal Intervention .
 - Handle the Traffic of the messengers/ drivers and closely follow up for any delivery of invoices, or routes to different Banks, Clients.
 - Acting as the Delegate with the Orange Telecom, Company, and have the full rights of adding or removing subscribers.
 - Negotiate with the Medicare company , providing Medical care service to all IFM Employees.
 - Being the focal point with all the different publications IFM is subscribing and handle its renewal. .
 - Handling all incoming Visitors to IFM , from other countries from booking their Hotel, and help them during their stay in Egypt on any business matters, to facilitate their business trip .
 - Draft to the Managing Director any Legal contract, for his review, before signing.

Qualifications - Excellent Computer Skills. - Excellent communication Skills verbal and written - 1 to 2 Years of experiences
