Description a. Handle students registrations( Arabic and English courses)
 b. Providing product information( Arabic and English courses)
 c. Providing students support.
 d. Carrying out general office work and admin tasks.
 e. Promoting social activities.
 f. Supporting other members of staff.

Qualifications 1.Years of experience: 2-3 years in the field of customer service. 2.Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc….). 3.Ability to write business emails. 4.Effective listening skills. 5.Multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities. 6.Strong Interpersonal skills and being able to creating positive interactions with customers. 7.Previous experience with CRM systems (Customer relationship management system). 8.Flexibility to stay after working hours upon business need. 9. Ability to work under pressure.
