Description HR Duties
 1: Personnel Duties:
 1. Directing HR Department through companys policy.
 2. Setup the procedures of the Hiring Process and the Leavers Process.
 3. Maintain and review all data base for all staff to ensure complete and accurate records to provide useful information to management.
 4. Drafting and preparing work contracts in order to signing with the new hires, in addition to sign resignations with resigned staff.
 5. Prepare employees personal files & records to register the employees data according to the Egyptian labor law & the company regulation.
 6. Review and issue all HR letters (Banks, To Whom It May Concern, Experience Certificates � etc), also preparing and conducting staff performance evaluations.
 7. Performance and directing the interrogation and investigation procedures.

 2 Recruitment Duties:
 1. Organizing and handling the companys requirements of employment to the required vacancies positions through dealing with the largest recruitment centers and agencies in Egypt.
 2. Responsible for announcing and posting vacancies on the most appropriate media/channels to ensure the maximum response of candidates.
 3. Managing and coordinating the recruitment process such as; initial screening and interviewing, selection activities, calling candidates, and issuing external offers for new hires.

 Admin. Duties:
 All the office, paper & documentation tasks: -Accurate filing & categorizing. -Responsible for the Couriers. - Translating all kinds of correspondences from Arabic to English and vice versa. - Forming correspondences to governmental and official authorities. -Firm controlling of invoices. -Preparing Newsletters. -Preparing contracts on the Word.- Hotel reservations for both Alexandria and Cairo Staff. -Office stationery - Regulate the movements of samples. -Tracking all the pending shipments. -Receiving and distributing samples to the import department. -Preparing & sending samples to domestic and international Customers.
