Description Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
 - Attend stakeholders meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
 - Take minutes of meeting for different meetings and ensure communicating it along with all concerned parties.
 - Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
 - Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects progress, quality of outcomes, work hours, budgets and expenditures
 - Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders.
 - Ensure stakeholders needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
 - Track & manage expected change notices and change orders in the project and communicate it with all stakeholders.
 - Maintain complete project documentation to ensure proper documentation and data retrieve.
 - Follow department SOPs and flow charts to ensure efficient work operations.
 - Communicate with different departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives and resolving escalated problem
 - Develop all needed reports to ensure efficient results Effectively apply

Qualifications - University degree in any discipline, Business administration is more preferable. 3 - 5 years experience in the project management. - PMP Diploma is a must. - Excellent follow up and organization skills. - Very good communication, presentation skills. - Good analytical skills - Good User of MS office and PMP software. - Excellent command of English language.
