Description - Analyze the received users issue/problem to identify whether it is a setup problem or a program bug and presenting alternative solutions.
 - Accurately define the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.
 - Test any project or issue with user and create a test case to ensure user satisfaction.
 - Generate internal reports to departments to ensure smooth working operations.
 - Train different users (on-the-job training) on the implemented projects to ensure full awareness on the program.
 - Attend new projects meetings in coordination with development team to ensure full understanding of all project requirements and cycle.
 - Follow up with PM/developers to ensure finalizing the testing phase to guarantee proper support and project/issue delivery to users.

Qualifications - 4-5 years experience in a relevant position - University degree with a focus on Computer Science is more preferable. - SQL knowledge - Problem Solving & Communication skills.
