Description - Managing past dues and customers delinquency
- Make sure all the credit policies are followed in all transactions that take place in credit and collection department
- Handling and manage tenants agreements
- Issuance of periodically invoices and any related invoices to the activity
- Handling all payments with tenants, follow up payment and outstanding balance
- Preparing management reports, forecasting, dues, balance, and any customized reports needed by high administration facilities administrative decisions
- Responsible of contact tenants and handle any problem regarding their contracts
- Review parking revenue
Qualifications - BS. in Accounting . - At least five years of experience. - Fluent English is a must - Computer knowledge - a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet, SAP users are preferable.
