 Based in Cairo, under the responsibility of the Head of Mission, the Admin and Finance Manager is responsible to ensure the mission financial and administrative management in compliance with the countrys legal framework and HIs procedures.

 Ensure the accountancy is in line with legal obligations and internal procedures, in particular manage the monthly closure and carry out necessary accounting controls
 Carry out management of budget and donor funding contracts, in particular draw up annual budget, prepare financial donors report, supervise audits.
 Manage partners administrative aspects, in particular train and coach partners on accounting and finance management and control their expenditures are eligible
 Ensure compliance of the mission with local legal framework, in particular follow up registration process and annual audits and assure the liaison with the ministry of reference
 Manage accountancy team

Qualifications - Be fluent in Arabic and English - Have good organizational skills - Good oral, written communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal communication skills - Masters degree in finance or business management - Minimum 3 year experience in financial management - Previous work experience with I/NGO - Knowledge and experience of international donors procedures - Demonstrated ability and motivation to build capacity and/or train others
