Description The customer service representative position exists to help our company serve our customers better. The first and most important part of the job is to ensure customer satisfaction and communication/information flow between customers and management.

 Job Responsibilities:
 a) Communication with Customers, Management and Other Departments:
 - Serve as a direct point of contact for customers, playing a critical role in providing an interface between customer and other departments/senior management
 - Ensure that the customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns by dealing quickly and efficiently with any inquiries. Provide accurate, relevant and timely information.
 - Investigate and solve customers problems according to guidelines established by the company.
 - Follow-up with customers until a question is answered or an issue/complaint is resolved.
 b) Public Relations:
 - Answer questions regarding the club and its activities and conduct tours of orientation
 - Promote a professional and positive image to all customers
 c) Computer Reservation System:
 - Handle reservations (court, group, individual training) for all sport activities
 - Give schedules to new players and change schedules of existing ones
 - Update and maintain databases of information (membership, registrations, attendance, groups)
 d) Accounting:
 - Take receivables and deliver them at the end of shift to accounting department
 - Follow-up on payment for sport activities, membership dues, rentals, etc.
 - Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
 e) Telephone Operation:
 - Answering and transferring calls
 - Answering phone inquiries, calling members, players to notify them of any changes, events, etc.
 f) Administrative Work:
 - Filing all the forms/papers in the appropriate files
 - Typing letters, memos, notes
 - Arranging and updating the information board

Qualifications - Proficient with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Very good command of English language (spoken and written), French is a plus - Willingness and ability to work in shifts - Good communication skills - Solution oriented and creatively helpful - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism during stressful situations

Comments Al Karma Club is located in Sheikh Zayed 16th District , residents of Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October are preferable
