Description Task
� Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.
� Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
� Maintain approval rate of 50% and above from presented
� Delinquency ratio within normal rates.
� Build relationships with internal departments and external resources to leverage and increase generated business and level of performance.
� Work with the direct manager to identify sales lead sources
� for approving & processing all customers applications
� Adhering to the quality of the services to internal & external customers.
� Comply with any other assignment that could be assigned by direct manager when and as needed.
Qualifications Jon Knowledge, skills and experience · Minimum 2 years Banking Experience in Retail products · Good English and Arabic (written and spoken) · Full knowledge of principals of marketing and sales · Full awareness of the country market and retail banking segments · Good use of Microsoft Applications : Word, Excel · Proven communication abilities · Energetic and positive team player · Creative thinking and ability to provide innovative out-of-the-box solutions · Highly motivated and innovative
