Description - Maintain internal & external audit reports for the department tasks.
 - Schedule appointments, reservations and maintain manager calendar.
 - Draft & type department correspondences and maintain the filing system for all documents when required
 - Organize conferences.
 - Assist in preparing the yearly estimated budget for the department.
 - Process incoming telephone calls and record in case of absence of individual called.
 - Ensure that any changes in the department manuals are provided to & received by each manual recipient.
 - Perform other duties relevant to the job.

Qualifications - BSc Degree of Business Administration / Arts / Languages
Gender Any
Car owner Any
Education major Business Administration
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Very good computer user (MS Package) - Able to work under pressure. - Able to work within a team.
