Description Provide individual career advising and guidance to students including, resume critique , mock interviews and career counseling
Allocate relevant internship opportunities to students on the national and international level
Guide students in identifying career path ; exploring interests, values and skills; and match them to relevant career opportunities
Educate students on means of researching corporate and industry information; developing networking leads; exploring the job market trends; and following professional conduct throughout the job search process
Create student portfolio for all Aerospace Engineering students to track all the career opportunities and activities of each of them until graduation
Support ZC students in enhancing their skills & capabilities
Work closely with the Career Advising manager in the planning and coordination of career outreach programs such as job fairs and career planning sessions
Conduct regular outreach efforts to approach variety of companies industries , institutes , research centers and all type of relevant organizations to expand the UST network and create new partnerships
Coordinate all needed logistics for recruitment and internship opportunities for students
Qualifications Familiarity with job market trends and current employment practices. Excellent interpersonal, training and supervisory skills. Team-oriented work style and good analytical skill. Demonstrated ability to manage several program initiatives Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Avid internet user.
