Description 1-Receive calls from banks or card holder, confirming that the person on the phone is an authorized person.
 2-Process the clients complaints and resolve it either individually or through other departments while insuring customer satisfaction.
 3-Reply to card holders requests providing assistance and taking actions within the policy set by the bank for the Customer Service and requesting the client visit the Bank branch or redirecting the call to the concerned bank when they require actions not authorized by the bank.
 4-Forward incoming calls to the concerned department or team when needed.
 5-Process Visas requests for emergency cash credit as well as emergency cards for clients travelling abroad whose card was lost or stolen.
 6-Changing card status as per the client request in case it was stolen or lost

Qualifications from 0- 3 years of Experience in Customer Service/ call center field. Banking Experience is a plus.
