Description Compile daily & monthly export sales reports and customer credit check. Responsible for coordination between logistics team &Export Team to prepare and deliver all documentation related to shipping & transport. Conducting local & export sales analysis reports , closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity. Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data. Presents sales reports to Export managers, directors. Provides suggestions for budget rearrangement and re-allocation of funds to save money. Serves as a consultant for company marketing strategies.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. 1-2 work experience in the sales Export principles . Excellent knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prefer advanced Excel. Speaks confidently and articulately in front of a group. Excellent strong math skills. Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively. Possesses strong problem-solving skills. Communicates clearly and effectively. Manages time efficiently. Works well with a team. Is capable of translating financial and mathematical jargon into laymans terms for explanatory purposes.
