Description -Files documents into appropriate employee files.
 -Assisting with new employee hiring processes
 -Coordination of the recruitment and interview processes
 -Reconciling benefits statements
 -Prepares new-employee files.
 -Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
 -Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
 -Resolving benefits-related problems
 -Answering employee requests and questions
 -Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
 -Coordination of the performance review and termination processes
 -Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
 -Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Qualifications -Knowledge of human resources processes. -Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) -Familiarity with social media recruiting -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to handle data with confidentiality -Good organizational and time management skills
