Description - In charge of the monthly payroll calculation, in terms of variables and overtime calculation while ensuring compliance with the up to date labor law in respect of social insurance bands and income tax;
- In charge of preparing on a monthly basis the HR KPI reports, that include, headcount distribution, working hours, vacation balance, training activities, etc.
- In charge of preparing and consolidating the training plan of the project; and see its implementation and tracking throughout the calendar year.
- In charge of the recruitment cycle of the project; starting from internal and external posting, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding, induction and orientation and finally tracking the evaluation of the first three month probation period;
- Ensure attendance, vacations and the annual staff vaccination are carried out properly and reported;
- Handling the staff medical insurance, and attend to the daily staff requirements in respect of approvals, admission and payment reimbursement when applicable;
- Attend and respond to all types of employees enquiries and requests, in respect of payroll clarification, medical requirement, HR letters, complaints, etc. in order to maintain a cooperative staff relationship.
- Attend all site Management and safety meetings;
- Work closely with all site department heads to ensure smoothness of work, through attending to their HR needs in respect of training, replacement, transfer, etc.
- Update on a regular basis all job descriptions in light of the business needs and changes.
- Coordinate and liaise with the HR Specialist of Alex in respect of all the aforementioned responsibilities;
Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent; 3 to 5 years in the same relevant position; Excellent command of English; French would be a plus;
