Description 1) Support in administrative tasks like preparing or editing reports presentations; conducting online research; coordinating follow up actions from leadership meetings
 2) Perform related clerical work like creating presentations, spreadsheets documents
 3) Maintain executives appointment schedule by planning & scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel expense reports
 4) Welcome callers visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
 5) Direct visitors, employment applicants, salesperson and customers to appropriate locations parties
 6) Maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory by checking stock to define inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
 7) Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment techniques
 8) Maintain facilities by planning space allocations, layouts and floor moves; arranging for supervising building maintenance
 9) Perform secretarial tasks like filing, sorting, mail distribution completing special projects
