Description - Develop, implement, sustain & improve company quality management system as per IATF 16949, & ISO14001 standards
- Monitor & Achieve quality objectives of Key performance indicators as well as the specific requirements of the customers
- Revision a companys quality objectives, procedures, Instructions, standards and customers specifications implementation
- Deploy strategies to reduce rework, scrap, downtime and waste and increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Lead internal quality audits, suppliers assessment and resolve issues and NCRs
- Plan, execute and follow up on decisions made in Management Review every 6 months. As well as external audits
- Achieve new projects process capability Targets, CPK = 1.67, assure manufacturing operations feasibility
Qualifications - Proven experience as quality engineer or another managerial role - Experience in planning & Implementing QMS - Communication, interpersonal skills, & team working - Aptitude for analysis problem solving; organizing and planning - numerical and statistical ability, Software Minitab, Q-charts - Engineering degree and other work disciplines, automotive, engineering and quality diploma
