Description - Prepare proposals for the event, follow negotiations with different hotels & providing necessary documentations
 - Arrange hotel accommodations for the company events and potential clients
 - Correspond with hotels as necessary to follow up on pending reservations or research availability
 - Receive information from hotels and input all data.
 - Handle hotels new requirements, pending requests, adjustments, and cancellations.
 - Ability to provide alternative hotel options in the case of non-availability situations & make bookings
 - Maintain up to date knowledge of event management methodologies, the changes in the meetings business as well as innovative venue solutions
 - Effectively plan and manage all venue-related issues including rooms, food & beverage, menus, contract negotiations, site visits, and onsite management
 - Manage and support multiple clients requirements and demands regarding hospitality, travel and hotel reservations
 - Arrange air transportation (or any other transportation means required) for clients & international invited guests, provide customer service and address any travel problems
 - Handle all ticketing requests, provide alternative in case of sold out situations, ensure lowest airfare by comparing contracted and published commercial rates
 - Verify accuracy of travel arrangements
 - Maintain various databases of suppliers and vendors including internet bookings, ground transportation
 - Develop travel policies and negotiate with vendors
 - Attentive to customers reviews and feedback regarding accommodation, travelling, transportation & onsite hotel arrangements for a better operation in future

Qualifications Experience at least 3 years in the field of travel & hospitality Possess good communication & customer service skills Able to work under pressure prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks Adaptable and able to operate unsupervised Have sufficient industry knowledge; be able to conduct the research required of an event including travel, accommodation, catering and entertainment Proficient in Microsoft office products Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken Excellent organization, planning and multi-tasking skills Punctual, self-motivated, team player and dedicated to the job Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations & has the art of crisis management
