Description Conduct sessions with users on the relevant subject according to Darisni provided training and rules.
Report questions/ requests requiring further follow-up to assigned supervisor to process.
When applicable and requested to by supervisor, conduct technical and administrative tasks such as: provide training, create exam questions, document answers to selected questions, help with recruitment, etc.
Provide feedback to supervisors on ways to improve Darisni services and offers.
Report to supervisor and QA team any misconduct or inappropriate behavior from end users or colleagues
Comply with all company policies, instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications University degree or currently attending university in relevant fields. Good computer skills especially with chatting apps. Good typing skills. Good coordination and communication skills.
